Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
HOWEVER, I only accept returns if you have not washed or changed the hair in anyway, and the hair must be received back safe with me in Mallorca, Spain, before any refund is made. Please send your hair back to me via a courier service with a tracking number – just to be safe.
Sorry to be strict but;
All refunds come with a €50 admin fee.
Unfortunately due to European customs issues I will no longer be accepting returns from outside of Europe that do not use a courier service like UPS, DHL or SEUR etc. Please do NOT send back to me using the post office. It will get stuck in customs and is nearly impossible to get out.
